10,000 Acres Of Hemp? Hempcorp’s India Plantation Is Underway

The largest Hemp grow operation on the planet:

In a startling announcement only last week, Gaurang Satija the managing director of Hempcorp stated that their project in Rishikesh India has gained momentum. As the world continues to show increased interest in cannabis and hemp alternative medicines, it’s corporations such as this that are responding to the demand. The large entity recently secured a 10,000-acre site set to become the world’s largest hemp plantation. This comes following the legalization of hemp cultivation within the state of Uttarakhand, India. Udit Narayan Singh, Director of Operations is a business professional for over half a decade. He is involved in multiple industries including construction and consultation as well as land development. His role is instrumental along with that of Robin Dey, the Director of Finance, who graduated with an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland and has a vast skill set including extensive blockchain knowledge. Their large team also includes Betsie Kohlen as the Director of Marketing, she’s always been very interested in nature, the human body, and sports. Kohlen, as a young dutch girl developed a fascination for the cannabis industry but even more for the healing and health benefits of the plant. Currently, she’s an adviser in the CBD and Cannabis industries in Rotterdam working hard to change public perception of the beautiful plant. The leadership of Hempcorp shows that their capable of running the largest Hemp grows in the world.

By using cannabinoids and terpenes from hemp, they plan to provide organic medicine to global consumers from their India operation.  The company is set to help fulfill the high global demand for plant compounds such as CBD, CBG, and other non-psychoactive cannabinoids. Market projections for the industry predict that by 2024 an unprecedented 900% increase over the current one of today. The US market, on its own, is projected to be at over $20 billion by that time. Hempcorp plans to be a comprehensive global products supplier in partnership with distributors.

The company has been engaging with government officials and liaisons regarding regulatory compliance in that region. A recent industry development was made by the government in licensing cannabis cultivation, processing, and refinement for the production of ayurvedic medicines containing CBD and THC content – a breakthrough that will allow this operation to not only grow a very large field of hemp dreams but as well to supply multitudes of products for consumers and the medical industry.  The company has undertaken a team of counsel to gain a proper opinion regarding the legal status of cannabis in India. The findings were that the law there clearly provides for the use of cannabis medicine in the forms in which they desire to create. The company is currently in multiple partnership discussions in regards to current technologies and cutting-edge cannabinoid extraction.

Given that the Indian Hemp Plant has historical roots as deep as cannabis can go, this is beyond a landmark announcement. With a corporation that’s done its homework and created a team that’s difficult to beat – it heavily appears that Hempcorp will lead the way in global Hemp production. With consumers learning more every day about the healing and healthy properties found within the plant, the necessity to have large-scale production such as this is no longer on the horizon – the need is now.
