Debbie: Cannabis Treats Painful R.S.D. (Reflex Symphatetic Disorder)

Reflex Sympathetic Disorder Is A Diagnosis That Generally Means Severe Debilitating Pain For Life With a Wheelchair Waiting – Not With Cannabis!

Debbie Rauh’s story is so compelling I’m going to let her tell it herself. Cannabis Oil has proven to be a game-changer – a lifesaver for so many people treating literally 1000’s of different ailments from Epilepsy to Cancer and more. Pain Management seems to be high on that list but what Cannabis does is much more than just mask pain like Big Pharma’s pills and other concoctions – Cannabis actually heals and promotes the growth of new tissue, bone, and more.  She’s gone from wheelchair and oxygen as a daily routine to now living again – thanks to the beautiful plant. Her life was minimalized – every moment and every task was so painful that enjoying life was far from in her thoughts before using Cannabis Oil (Full Extract or CCO/RSO/FECO – I call it Cannabis Oil!).\

“In March of 1994, I underwent surgery on my left shoulder and clavicle. My Doctor told me that there would be virtually no pain after the surgery. I went home, felt fine, and then it hit me, severe burning in my left shoulder all the way to my finger’s tips, my hands and fingers turned purple, they started to sweat and swell.

It also felt as if someone was sticking a hot ice pick through my skin. My skin hurt so bad, it couldn’t be touched by anyone or anything, not even the air currents. The surgery was on a Friday, the disease started Saturday night and I went back to see the surgeon first thing Monday morning. He looked at my arm and hand and immediately sent me to a specialist, both doctors told me that I had Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. My nightmare had just begun.”

“So what is RSD(reflex sympathetic dystrophy)? It is an Orphan disease which means it is very rare. It is painful.

According to the McGill Pain Scale, a pain scale developed in 1971 that rates pain by using three major classes of word descriptors, Sensory, Affective, and Evaluative. RSD was rated to be the most painful chronic pain condition in the world.

When I got this disease in 1994, there was very little information out there. I even went into USC’s medical library to find info on my newfound friend. This is what I found out, RSD destroys your bones, your nervous system, and your muscles and it hurts like hell!”

“I went through weeks of going into the hospital and getting a huge spinal needle put into the front of my neck into the Stellite ganglion with Marcaine to stop the pain. No, it didn’t work, and neither did the methadone, Nubian, morphine, Dilaudid, tens units, H wave machines, physical therapy, distraction, months of pain management, and also biofeedback. Nothing makes RSD/CRPS any better except CANNABIS! It works!”

“RSD took my legs and arms. I couldn’t do what I had felt destined to do.

Healing other people was my life but I couldn’t even heal myself. My body was racked with pain. My muscles no longer worked and I felt like a useless blob. I became bound to a power chair, incontinent, on oxygen 24/7, and a BiPap machine at night. I took over 100 different pills a day.  Please understand, I am not the only one healed by this amazing plant, there are lots of us. Please, don’t close your eyes to something you don’t understand. This plant was put into prohibition by people who were prejudiced against it because of their own issues. Don’t let it be yours! This plant not only saved my life, but it also gave me a life and something to fight for.”

When I asked Debbie how she gets Cannabis Oil there was no hesitation.” I make it myself for both of us”, she told me, “Without it neither myself nor my husband would be alive – I only wish I had a place to grow on my own so I could make more medicine.” Many people report that they find great relief by making capsules with cannabis oils for R.S.D. and other painful medical conditions. Both Anne Mari and I like to make and use capsules, it’s easy to do and then they’re readily available when you need them. They don’t always look like this photo, that’s for sure – but it gives you an idea. It’s very easy to purchase empty Glycerin capsules pretty inexpensive and fill them up. They come in various sizes based on need and are quite simple to fill with Cannabis Oils of all types!

Without a doubt, Debbie has one heck of a fight on her hands. RSD is also known as Type 1 complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS1), a clinical syndrome of variable course and unknown cause characterized by pain, swelling, and vasomotor dysfunction of an extremity – normally the arms and hands but can also be the trunk and leg. Sometimes it’s the result of trauma like a car wreck or a serious surgery – but sometimes it will come one suddenly with nothing at all precipitating. After a stroke, this can happen in a hemiplegic upper limb – generally the hand/arm combo. It’s a diagnosis that comes with no known cure – the only relief I’ve ever heard of anyone getting from it is right here and right now with Debbie.

We live in a world of instant gratification and a desire for relief from pain as soon as possible. Pain pills are readily available through doctors or illicit sources for those that have become addicted to the need to stop the pain in that manner – or the pill itself. There’s only one reasonable way out of this dilemma and we all know what it is. So, whether you go with a vape pen, bong, dab, capsule, oil, concentrate of another type, or just plain smoke the plant – Cannabis is without a doubt the answer!
